has come into possession of some info, regarding new DLC and a premium content service. According to the website, EA/DICE will release a premium content service, aptly named “Battlefield Premium”,  on June 4th.  This is what they have to say about the new service.

Battlefield™ Premium will land you a number of content drops with unique in-game items not available anywhere else. First out is the one-of-a-kind Premium knife and black dog tag, plus a set of soldier camos, weapon camos, dog tags and Assignments that will make sure you stand out and get more personalization options.

Outside of the paid service, the upcoming map and weapons pack, Close Quarters, is rumored to launch on June 12th. Furthermore, while EA/DICE had only revealed 4 DLC packs, it is rumored that a 5th one will launch sometime in March 2013.

So do you think these rumors are true? Hopefully we’ll find out more at E3 2012, but until then, stay tuned to The G.A.M.E.S. Blog.
