The writers here at the site have decided to band together with Sarcastic Gamer and tons of other sites to help raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network. Help us raise money for children with a variety of illnesses and disabilities.
Our site goal is $1000 by October 15. If you can donate, please follow this link and choose a member of the team to sponsor. On Oct. 15, 2011, we’ll attempt to play video games for 24 hours straight as part of a worldwide gaming marathon.
Thank you for any help you can give!
UPDATE (08-Sep):
We want to thank everyone that has donated so far. To help sweeten the pot for those that haven’t donated yet our team is upping the stakes.
.
Everyone who donates gets to vote on the game we have to play!!!
.
The only condition on the game you pick is it must be multi-player over the internet. To get you to give generously your votes are weighted by the size of the donation. You can cast your vote in the comments at the extra-life donation page or in the comments below.
We’re also working on setting up a live stream so you can watch and cheer us on. Keep checking back for updates and please give generously 🙂
