The game focuses heavily on multiplayer, including online game modes with up to 4 player split-screen, and 16-players online. New selectable vehicles in the game include the Reaper (a motorcycle), Roadboat (a car that looks similar to a Mitsubishi Eclipse), Death Warrant (a 2005-2009 Ford Mustang), a rodent catcher van, an 80’s Chevrolet Monte Carlo, a medical 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Combination Car (which closely resembles Ghostbusters’ Ecto-1) and a helicopter.
A game mode called nuke is available. Capture the leader to get access to missiles, use the missiles to blow up your opponent’s statue and win.
Twisted Metal will be available in 2011 (no specific date set yet)
