For some games at least.  Eurogamer noticed the change over the weekend.  Microsoft announced at E3 this year that cloud saving was coming but gave no specific start date.

“Cloud storage will allow you to enjoy the same great Xbox Live gaming experience even when you’re not in your own living room by giving you the option to store your ‘game saves’ securely in the Xbox Live cloud, instead of on a portable memory unit or your console’s hard drive.”

Some of Eurogamers readers were able to sign in to Xbox Live from multiple consoles and access save data between them.  At this time the game save was only available for a few Xbox Live Arcade games.  So it is likely that they just happened to notice a test run of the system but if this is up then other games will follow soon.
